GDC JBrowse Plugin

A plugin for JBrowse for viewing GDC data.

Overview

This plugin provides the ability to create mutation, gene, and CNV tracks on JBrowse based on complex query filters. These filters are the same as those used in the GDC API. For example, you could create a track of all mutations found in gliomas that have a high VEP score.
